Download Tutorial

1. Click on the yellow "Download Now" button above.
2. With most browsers, you will see a window asking whether you want to "open", "run" or "save" the file. Choose Run, or if there is no "Run" option, select "Open".
3. When the file is finished downloading, you may get an option to "Run" the program. If so, then you may choose to Run it now. If it asks you something like "Do you want to trust this provider", answer Yes.
   
   America Online users: See the Download Problems webpage if you have any problems downloading.
   
   * NOTE: If you get a "CRC error", "Not a valid Win32 application" or "Not a valid Windows program" error when installing: This indicates that the download did not complete properly. This could simply be due to a connection problem, but it can also be caused by security software that prevents downloading "EXE" files. Such programs as Norton, McAffee, or various other anti-spyware and anti-virus programs can cause this. Try the download again, perhaps using a different "Save In" location in step 3. See below for more information.
4. When the installer starts, just click Next all the way through to accept the defaults for the best results.
5. After installation, if you see "This program may not have installed correctly"... This message is due to the way Windows Vista and Windows 7 react to the installer.
   Choose the option saying that the program has installed correctly.
